How do I obtain my certificate of completion?
For all Management Courses the E-Learning Centre will be issuing a certificate of completion upon a successful completion of +75%
For the PCST course a certificate of completion can be obtained from your the distributor that provided you with your PIN #.
How do I obtain a PIN #?
You must contact a Distributor to obtain a PIN # and costing information. You can access a list of distributors from the 'Distributor Listing' page from the E-Learning Centre.
What hardware/software requirements are required to be able to complete the CSC's online courses?
You will need to ensure you have:- Intel Pentium II/III or higher, or AMD equivalent
- 128MB system memory
- 200MB available hard disk space
- CD-ROM drive / DVD drive – this is only required if you are completing a CD version
- Sound card and speakers or headphones
- Windows 2000 or Windows XP SP2
- Internet Explorer 5.01 SP1, 5.5 SP2, 6.0 SP1
- High Speed Internet (dial-up may cause your program to not launch or function)
How do I enroll for an Online Course?
You will require a PIN # to access our online courses. A PIN # can be obtained from a Distributor. You can access a list of distributors from the 'Distributor Listing' page from the E-Learning Centre.
When I enroll it asks for a Username and Password, where do I obtain this Username and Password?
Your Username and password will be created by yourself.
- Your Username must be a valid email address. i.e. test@sympatico.ca as you will receive a confirmation email of your enrollment and confirmation email of your successful completion of a course.
- Please ensure you are not using an email address of a learner that may potentially enroll in one of our online courses, as the system will only allow an email address to be used the one time.
- Your password can be anything that you choose there are no minimum requirements.

What is a bookmark?
A bookmark is an easy way to find your place in the course you are completing. This will allow a learner to exit the course and return at the exact same spot they left off without having to start over. It works in the same fashion as placing a dog ear in a book you are reading.
Why can I not launch my course?
Ensure you have latest version of Flash. You can download the latest version from the Adobe Website for the free download.
